Work Orders - Step by Step

Our current work order system is in full swing with Dwyane receiving work orders via our online tenant portal.

Ideally, the system is used as follows: Each office has one contact using the online submission form. When a work order is needed,  the contact at your business (likely you) submits a work order. 

If you have not used the work order system please review the simple steps below:

1) Use any browser and type in www.oceangateplaza.com to arrive at our homepage.

2) Scroll to the bottom of the page and click tenant portal, which is in fineprint.

3) Next, you will be brought to a login page. A password will be required. If you are missing this password, please email peter@oceangateplaza.com or stop by the Ocean Gate office.

4) Once logged in, you will be brought to the tenant portal and the work order form is located to the lower left. After you fill out the form, click submit and we will immediately receive an email advising a new work order has been submitted.
