We at Ocean Gate Plaza understand your concerns and are taking action. On a daily basis, we patrol the grounds and communicate with the Portland Police Department (PPD) but understand more steps are needed to address the loitering issues. On Tuesday, August 9th 2016 we will be meeting with the City Manager and PPD to discuss the loitering issues on our grounds. We will update you on the outcome.
