Ocean Gate Plaza is getting noticed and our tenants are invested. Ocean Gate Plaza will continue to see improvements, such as the parking garage which will start this April. The success of our building is with the help of many. I have the honor of working with the dedicated staff at Ocean Gate Plaza who keep us up and running, keep us safe and are readily available for our tenants.
